We want you to shop at Maison Demusk with confidence. If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

This commercial returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, products should be returned unused, undamaged and, where applicable, in their original retail packaging with all accessories, labels and components included.

For products supplied with a protective or hygiene seal, eligibility for a change-of-mind return after the seal has been broken may be restricted where permitted by applicable consumer law.

This may apply to certain cosmetics, skincare, personal-care or hygiene-sensitive products.

Your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or not as described are not affected by these restrictions.

Fragrances

Where possible, fragrance products being returned for change-of-mind reasons should remain unused and in their original retail condition.

If a fragrance arrives damaged, leaking, defective or incorrectly supplied, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@maisondemusk.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the outer and inner packaging where relevant

After reviewing the information, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Please include your order number and the product or products you wish to return.

Do not send a product back to a supplier, warehouse or address shown on the parcel without first receiving return instructions from Maison Demusk.

Because we use multiple regional fulfilment locations, the correct return address may vary depending on the product and the country from which your order was dispatched.

Return Shipping

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the product unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated by Maison Demusk.

Where an item has been supplied incorrectly or is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective, Maison Demusk will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We aim to process approved refunds promptly. After a refund has been issued, additional processing time may be required by your bank, card provider or payment service before the funds appear in your account.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by the consumer laws governing your purchase.

Exchanges

Where an exchange is available, this will depend on current stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative resolution.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment or dispatch has begun.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Customers in the United Kingdom, European Union and other jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund rights in addition to the Maison Demusk 30-day commercial return policy.
